16mm Diameter CNC Goldnet Router for CMS Vertec

BDT produces the Goldnet router which is based on a completely different concept from all the others.  It is made up of diamond segments in an oval form, which are smaller than standard segments and are welded together to create a cross hatched pattern.  This pattern allows to cut laminated glass at higher speeds, preventing the common problem of breaking the edge of the glass when the router oversteps from the glass itself.  This happens since the interlayer is continuously cut and has many paths for product to escape from the cutting area of the router.  By using this technology, you can avoid the classic striping of the segmented area, which is usually done by traditional routers when the interlayer burns into the bond.

These routers are available in the following diameters: 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 22 and 24mm.  The same router is available also for Forvet machines
